4. User Materials & Content Submissions

If you transmit communications, text, testimonials, or research suggestions to AJWRB (collectively, “User Materials”), you retain ownership but grant AJWRB a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to adapt, publish, copy, or distribute those materials for any purpose aligned with our organizational mission.

  • AJWRB does not pre-screen public user materials and disclaims all liability for content posted by third parties.

  • AJWRB reserves the absolute right to remove any User Materials or terminate user access at any time, without warning, for any reason.

5. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links

  • “As-Is” Provision: The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. AJWRB does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from digital vulnerabilities.

  • External Resources: Our platform contains links to external websites maintained by third parties. AJWRB exercises no structural control over these sites and expressly disclaims responsibility for their accuracy, privacy compliance, or content.

  • Governing Law: These Terms, and any legal disputes arising out of your utilization of the Services, shall be governed strictly by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial rules.

  • Venue: The place of arbitration shall be Tucson, Arizona, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction.

  • Intellectual Property Exception: Notwithstanding the arbitration clause, any litigation involving the infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights shall be litigated exclusively in the State or Federal courts located in Tucson, Arizona.

8. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any individual provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a legal tribunal, that specific provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and AJWRB regarding the platform.

9. Modifications to This Agreement

AJWRB reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect instantly upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of the Services following an update constitutes definitive acceptance of the revised Terms.
