This brochure is designed for physicians. It provides them with the information they need to help their Witness patients.

The brochure has been formatted in Microsoft Word to print out as either a three column brochure on 8.5" x 11" (letter size) paper or a four column brochure on 8.5" x 14" (legal size) paper.

You will need to make minor adjustment in the page margins or fonts depening on the type of printer you have.

Note: These are zip files. You will need a program like Winzip to open them and Microsoft Word to edit and print them.
